We had an AMAZING trip to the Black Hills! We spent 5 days in a cabin with my mom, sisters, and their families. It was both kids' first trip to the hills and my first time back in about 20 years! Jen visited a few years ago for her brother's wedding. We saw Mt. Rushmore...hiked Harney Peak...went to Keystone, Hill City, and Deadwood...saw Storybook Island and Dinosaur Park...visited the Badlands and Wall Drug...drove through Bear Country USA...and spent some great nights in a big cabin (it held all of us...about 20). It was a wonderful time to spend with family. Jen is a camera hound now, so she took hundreds of pictures. I narrowed it down to about 50 and placed them in the slideshows above. Here are a couple of my most favorite...notice the sunset...that was the view from our cabin...
