Thanksgiving in Llano, TX

This year we traveled to Llano, TX with our friends Epi and Julie and stayed with Julie's dad over Thanksgiving. Llano is in the hill country. It is beautiful...parts of it remind me of the Black Hills. Below are some pictures of a couple places we visited. The first adventure was climbing Enchanted Rock. It is a big granite rock that rises up above everything else. The view from up top was amazing. We were very proud of Brayden and Alayna. Both made it up and down without having to be carried. That was especially nice for me!

The second place we visited was Inks Lake State Park. After this visit and a little hiking we have decided that we are DEFINITELY heading back there to camp. Beautiful lake and great camping sites make it a must do.
