With the temperatures getting above 100 degrees for about the last 3-4 weeks straight it has been fun in no sun. The heat index approaches 105+ every day, making it miserable to be outside. We make a habit of coming outside from about 6:30-8:00 each evening. If we play on the front yard then at least there is some shade.
Jen took the kids to Splashway Waterpark today for some relief. They all said the water felt fantastic.
I am a BIG fan of summer, but some cooler weather would sure be welcome...
