Monday brought a trip to the Rainforest Cafe and shopping at the Katy Mills Mall.
Tuesday brought a little more shopping and then some outdoor time including a couple bike rides around the block. Grandma "ONLY" crashed a couple times so all ended well.
We broke in the new camper Wednesday through Friday at Lake Texana. We took to some hiking to check out their trails.
Grandma got a taste of geocaching during our hikes as well. We found a total of 9 caches...enduring thorn bushes and carcasses along the way.
We played frisbee, badminton, and hide and seek in the trees. We then ate like royalty. Everyone was worn out by the end of the day.
The end of each day brought a beautiful sunset. The nights were chilly, so the heater in the camper got a test run and passed with flying colors.
It was great to have Grandma Hopi here. Even though it was not nearly long enough, we are very thankful for the time we had.
