Brayden got a fishing pole and tackle box for his birthday. We figured we had better try them out, so we brushed off the other fishing poles (and took Alayna's out of the package even though we bought it last fall...yeah we need to work on that) and headed to a little lake in the area. The poles worked great! They each caught a catfish. Alayna caught a little perch at the same time! Jen even got into the action by catching a catfish. They were all about 8 inches long so it gave them a little fight coming in. It was a fun way to spend a few hours on a Saturday.
