Brayden's 7th birthday was Saturday and it was a full day. We started off in the morning when he was able to see his baseball cake and open presents.

He has been making slingshots out of stickers and rubber bands lately so a real one seemed like an obvious choice. We have many rules that will need to be followed.

He was most excited about this gift though...a skateboard! We really don't know what we were thinking...
After our normal Saturday soccer and baseball games we returned home to give the skateboard a shot. Brayden did not do too bad for his first time.
Alayna got some time on it as well. She did pretty good too.

Soon we were off to Il Primo's for Brayden's birthday pizza meal. After dinner we headed to the Sugarland Skeeter's baseball game. They are a minor league team 10 minutes from the house.

Brayden's Little League team was able to go on the field before the game. He was very excited to be out there.

It got even better for him when he found out he was going to get to run out on the field with the team and stay out there for the National Anthem. I have never seen him run that fast!
We stayed for the game and had a great time. It was a memorable day for the birthday boy.
