Brayden's baseball game was at 11:00. He had a great game. He hit the ball every time he was up (he is doing machine pitch) and went 3-4 with 3 RBIs. He also made a couple nice plays at 2nd base and threw a runner out at 2nd base from left-center field.
Saturday afternoon I installed a retractable cover on the bed of the truck and a lock for the tailgate. We are now ready to travel. Our stuff can stay dry and locked up! SD here we come (in a couple months).
Saturday evening we went to our first crawfish boil of the season. It was a fun night. Jen and I enjoyed some spicy crawfish (and a few beers) while both kids enjoyed playing with the crawfish before they met their maker.
Sunday saw Jen taking dance pictures for Alayna and 3 other girls. Seeing Alayna made me feel a need to find some time soon to go to the gun range and get some shooting in. I need to stay sharp..boyfriends are just around the corner!
