This last weekend we went camping with our friends, the Cantu's. We decided to try a new campsite, Ink's Lake State Park. It is located west of Austin by Burnet, TX...about a 3 1/2 hour drive. Since it was so far we took Thursday and Friday off to enjoy a long weekend. It was BEAUTIFUL!!! The weather, the scenery/atmosphere, and the company could not have been better. There is so much to do there...fishing, swimming, canoes, paddle boats, hiking, you name it! Even with the extra days we didn't feel we had enough time to do it all the way we wanted. We are already talking about when we can go back!
