Alayna has her own little garden she takes care of. This year she planted a bluebonnet. It has really taken off...along with the rest of her flowers. We just got done harvesting her first bluebonnet seeds. They look like pea pods. We waited for them to dry out and then picked and shelled them. What I can't believe is that it us now blooming again! We may get a second harvest out of it. Now she is anxious to plant her seeds in the fall.
