Our first stop on the NPT was The Badlands. It was a glorious day to do some hiking!
The kids had their National Park Passport stamped as well.
We then traveled on to Rapid City and stayed at Jill and Kenton's new home. They served us beer-butt chicken...it was AWESOME. Kenton drove us to Armadillo's for ice cream, and we wrapped up the day at the fish hatchery where Jill works. It was an amazing start to our vacation! Thanks Jill and Kenton.
